The Research Study Assistant will be responsible for:
- Coordinating implementation of tools and measures of care integration and care coordination
- Recruiting patients, families, and caregivers for surveys to measure their experience with care integration
- Conducting chart audits to collect process and outcome measures of care
- Surveying clinical and project staff on their experience with care integration processes
- Entering project data in structured formats
- Supporting project administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree or clinical equivalent, advanced degree a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience using an electronic health record system a plus
- Experience in conducting quality improvement in a healthcare setting a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as interactions with patients, families, and medical staff are necessary.
- Desire to work in a team based environment
- Inquisitive nature and desire to work on solving difficult problems
