Research Analyst I (Pediatric Endocrinology) - VUMC-1604887 Description Under direct supervision, provide support for social, economic or health related research; assist  in investigating, gathering, assessing, and clarifying data; record and distribute information; assist  in general laboratory maintenance and inventory control. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruiting, screening and enrolling new families into studies following established protocols Following up on data collection according to established protocols Communicating and collaborating with physicians, clinic staff and co-occurring studies  in the Eskind Diabetes Clinic regarding patient recruitment, data collection, scheduling and clinic flow Performing data entry and analysis Assisting in preparation and distribution of study-related documents and materials Participating in meetings and communicating with research investigators and research staff on a  regular basis regarding the progress of patient recruitment and study Completing study-related training and keeping abreast of trends in the field of study Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Job requires Bachelor's and 0 years of experience or the equivalent.
