Job Description
General Summary of Position Responsibility:  
This position assists clinical research personnel in the implementation of clinical research studies. 
Essential Job Functions:
  1. Coordinates reimbursement of subjects.
  2. Assists clinical research personnel in the implementation of clinical research studies.
  3. Assists in the recruitment of study subjects.
  4. Develops a relationship with study subjects.
  5. Collects specimens from subjects and processes specimens as instructed.
  6. Maintains inventory of supplies or equipment.
  7. Prepares lab kits and requisitions prior to visits.
  8. Records data on case report forms from source documents. Interprets data and extractions
  9. Conducts literature searches and assists with QA/QC procedures.
  10. Participates in research related conferences.
  11. Performs job functions adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others. 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree, in a related field preferred (undergraduate experience in research work desired).
  2. Minimum  1* year of experience in clinical research with increasing responsibility.
  3. Current professional licensure (if applicable).
