- General Summary of Position Responsibility:This position assists clinical research personnel in the implementation of clinical research studies.Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinates reimbursement of subjects.
- Assists clinical research personnel in the implementation of clinical research studies.
- Assists in the recruitment of study subjects.
- Develops a relationship with study subjects.
- Collects specimens from subjects and processes specimens as instructed.
- Maintains inventory of supplies or equipment.
- Prepares lab kits and requisitions prior to visits.
- Records data on case report forms from source documents. Interprets data and extractions
- Conducts literature searches and assists with QA/QC procedures.
- Participates in research related conferences.
- Performs job functions adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree, in a related field preferred (undergraduate experience in research work desired).
- Minimum 1* year of experience in clinical research with increasing responsibility.
- Current professional licensure (if applicable).
